Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Old School Tokyo! Because our items are made to order, please read below to understand how processing and shipping work.

Processing Time

Every item is crafted especially for you after your order is placed — we don't keep pre-made stock on hand. Please allow [3–7] business days for your order to be made before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, drops, restocks), processing may take longer; any delays will be noted on our homepage or in your order confirmation.

Processing time is separate from shipping time — please factor in both when estimating delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is ready, it ships via USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada, International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Delays

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues, but we're happy to help track down a delayed shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's lost or stolen, please contact us at oldschooltokyoshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
